This entry level position prepares and operates automatic press machines to process and produce a high-quality rubber product.Essential duties and responsibilities:Makes certain all materials for production are availableLoads hot molds with rubber and puts molds in pressRemoves parts from moldsInspects partsCleans molds and equipmentRecords time and temperature dataChanges molds when necessaryPerform other duties assigned by supervisorAbility to operate a forkliftQualification requirements:Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and proceduresEffectively run one line with multiple pressesWill be required to work overtime if needed to continue production on any shiftBasic comprehension of written and verbal communication skillsBasic mathematical skills (addition/subtraction, multiplication/division)Ability to follow safe work practicesPhysical requirements:Heavy to moderate physical effort may be required for the following: Prolonged standing, reaching, bending stooping, pushing, pulling and climbingRegular lifting up to 50 poundsMust be able to work in temperatures over 100 degreesBe part of what's next at Oil States Industries, Inc!An E-Verify Employer Un empleador de E-Verify
