Overview Adjunct Baking & Pastry Instructor at Northampton Community College. NCC is committed to providing quality education and opportunities for students through hands-on culinary instruction. Responsibilities Lead a team of culinary students in kitchen and/or classroom settings. Oversee production of baked goods for an onsite culinary restaurant. Provide classroom baking & pastry instruction. Ensure proper safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen. Communicate effectively with students and staff of the college and culinary program. Qualifications Dynamic individual with strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in baking & pastry instruction or related culinary instruction.
