Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to meet each client's unique needs. \n Provide couples therapy to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships. \n Engage in family counseling sessions that focus on resolving issues and enhancing family dynamics. \n Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans, involving goal-setting and measurable objectives in collaboration with clients. \n Assess client progress and make adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary by utilizing clinical assessment tools. \n Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client records, including case notes and treatment progress, in compliance with ethical and legal standards. \n Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and case managers, to provide integrated care for clients. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will work with a diverse clientele including adults, children, and families who present with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. Understanding the unique backgrounds and cultures of clients in Fort Worth is essential for providing quality care, as our services are designed to meet the needs of individuals from all walks of life. Qualifications\n \n A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required. \n Valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas is essential for practice. \n Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, providing therapeutic services. \n Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. \n Competence in using digital communication tools to conduct remote therapy sessions effectively. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience working with a broad range of client issues, including trauma-informed care practices. \n Familiarity with family systems therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) methodologies. \n Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This full-time role offers a competitive salary between USD 80,000 – 90,000 annually.
