Job Position: Delivery Merchandiser Job Type: Full-Time Location: Mitchell, SD 57301 Pay Rate: $20.00/hr Job Summary: Tuesday-Friday | Variable Schedule. Description: Short Staffed Inc. is hiring a Delivery Merchandiser to assist one of our local distribution partners. This is a physically active role where you'll work alongside a driver to unload and stock products at local stores and restaurants. If you enjoy staying active, working independently, and being out on the road instead of in a warehouse, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Responsibilities

- Meet delivery trucks at customer locations
- Unload products safely and efficiently
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays
- Move products throughout customer locations (most under 30 lbs.; some heavier items such as kegs)
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Ability to perform frequent lifting and physical work throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record preferred for permanent hire consideration
