Tic Tac Taco Assistant Restaurant Gen Manager Your Role in Creating a Great Customer Experience Tic Tac Taco Assistant Managers are leaders who model excellent service standards, develop their team and expand their own skill sets. As Tic Tac Taco continues to evolve and expand, our Assistant Managers are dedicated to serving the customer, understanding the day-to-day business, and motivating the on-site personnel. What You’ll Do Interacts with guests and the community; responds to guest questions, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner Monitors staffing levels; recruits and selects employees to talent and job profiles Trains, develops, coaches, and evaluates employee performance; ensures systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed Ensures cleanliness of the facility (indoor and outdoor) Maintains stock levels and inventory integrity Complies with Local, State, and Federal regulations Holds restaurant team accountable for consistently delivering excellent guest service and food quality in adherence with brand systems, procedures, and food safety requirements What We’re Looking For Education – High school diploma or equivalent Experience – 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or food service Leadership – A team-first mindset with strong communication skills Operations – Comfortable with leading, inventory, and basic store systems Tech comfort – Familiar with POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel, Email) ServeSafe certification – Required or willingness to obtain Customer focus – Committed to creating a welcoming experience for every guest Stamina and mobility – Physical tasks are part of the role: expect repetitive movements like bending and reaching, standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and working in outdoor areas or temperature-controlled spaces like walk‑in coolers Why Join Us Career growth – We promote from within and help you build your future Great benefits – Health, dental, vision insurance and Employer‑Paid Life Insurance Financial security – Weekly pay, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off Community impact – Be part of a team that’s been trusted for generations WORK AUTHORIZATION Evidence of work authorization upon employment is required in compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
