They have a proven track record of completing some of the largest industrial lease transactions in the market, and have executed more than 11 million square feet of leasing activity since 2008.As members of Cushman & Wakefield’s Logistics, Food & Beverage, and Land specialty practice groups, the team stays closely connected to national market trends affecting supply chain dynamics, industrial development, and client operations. You have 1–3 years of sales experience OR a strong desire to begin a sales-driven career in commercial real estate.What You’ll Be Doing …As an Associate, you will learn the foundations of industrial real estate brokerage while supporting the team in business development, market research, and transaction execution.
