Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Rapid Response to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and provide critical care support.
• Conduct post-operative assessments and provide appropriate care.
• Manage pain effectively, including the use of PCA and epidurals.
• Maintain Foley catheters and monitor patients' response to treatments.
• Collaborate with a team-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure compliance with BLS, ACLS, and NIH requirements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Colorado.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience in med/surg and post-op nursing.
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR system.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable in rapidly changing situations.
