About the Role At Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Austin, the Assistant Room Service Manager supports the daily operation of In‑Room Dining, ensuring exceptional service, efficiency, and personalized guest experiences that reflect the standards of Four Seasons. This role partners closely with Culinary, Stewarding, and Front Office teams to oversee service execution, develop employees, and maintain operational excellence across all aspects of Room Service operations.
