Key Details - Assignment Type: Locum Tenens- Setting: Inpatient- Start Date: September 1, 2026 (Ongoing)- Schedule: 12-hour or 24-hour shifts; minimum of 3-5 shifts per month, day and night coverage available- Patient Population: Adult- Location: Portland, OR Benefits - Weekly direct deposit- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage- Supportive credentialing assistance- Lodging and mileage reimbursement- Flexible scheduling Job Responsibilities - Provide inpatient obstetrics care, including routine and complicated deliveries- Perform FHR interpretation, OB ultrasounds, and other obstetric procedures- Manage high-risk pregnancies and deliver comprehensive care Qualifications - Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology- Active Oregon medical license- DEA registration- BLS certification- Proficiency in managing all obstetric cases, including VBACs and complicated deliveries Working Hours - 12-hour day shifts (7:30 AM – 7:30 PM) or night shifts (7:30 PM – 7:30 AM)- 24-hour in-house call shifts available Skills - Expertise in low and high-risk obstetric care- Competency in routine vaginal deliveries and decision-making for c-sections- Ability to perform OB ultrasounds and interpret FHR- Experience in managing delivery complications such as breech or multiple birthsaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
