The Opportunity We are seeking a Buyer who will be responsible for purchasing selected resin, packaging, components, and other items through the ERP system while ensuring the optimal performance of the supply chain. What You’ll Do Source & Research: Identify potential suppliers meeting quality, price, and delivery requirements Negotiate Contracts: Secure best value and ensure compliance with company policies Manage Orders: Place and track material orders using ERP/MRP systems and Excel Optimize Inventory: Monitor and adjust inventory levels to avoid overstock or shortages Evaluate Performance: Monitor supplier quality and provide recommendations for improvement Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Production, and Quality Control to resolve discrepancies Maintain Records: Keep an accurate history of purchases, invoices, contracts, and vendor data Quality & Safety: Comply with safety rules and the G&F quality management system What You’ll Bring Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing purchasing/materials environment Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement role for 3–5 years 4-year degree or equivalent; Bachelor's in Business or Supply Chain preferred APICS / ASCM Designation is highly preferred Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 systems preferred High proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to wear full PPE in a cleanroom environment Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 15 pounds Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods What Benefits We Offer We offer a comprehensive rewards package to support your health, wealth, and professional growth: Financial Security: 401(k) with company matching, LTD Critical Illness, Group Accident, AD&D and Voluntary Life Insurance.
