About the role

Hotel Bardo Savannah is looking for a dynamic and attentive Banquet Server with an exceptional attention to detail and passion for delivering unparalleled service. As a vital contributor to our Banquets team, this role will play an integral role in creating exceptional experiences for the resort's private events, celebrations, corporate groups and weddings.

What you'll do

• Be an essential part of event setup, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed according to brand standards
• Serve guests in a warm and professional manner, paying meticulous attention to presentation and timing, creating connected and meaningful dining experiences
• Anticipate the needs of guests and respond promptly to requests
• Collaborate seamlessly with the events team
• Oversee and maintain the banquet area, adhering to all sanitation and safety standards with expert precision, ensuring a refined and pristine workspace

Qualifications

• A passion for delivering exceptional service
• Previous experience in a banquet or fine dining setting is preferred
• Effective, confident communication
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent personal presentation and grooming standards
