Assembly Supervisor |$19.00 plus |Monday-Friday 3:00PM-11:00PM

As an Assembly Supervisor, you will lead and support a team responsible for processing and assembling components according to customer specifications and production schedules. This hands-on leadership role involves managing workflow, ensuring quality standards are met, and working alongside your team to achieve production goals.

• Monday–Friday
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Chillicothe Ohio

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, automotive painting, or warehousing is helpful but not required.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Training provided.

The base salary range for this position is $19.00 excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Pleasenote,hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
