Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective perioperative nursing care in the operating room.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to enhance patient outcomes and maintain sterile environments.
• Manage patient safety during preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative stages.
• Assist in robotic surgeries and provide expertise in ortho-sports medicine.
• Utilize advanced equipment such as wound vacs and epidural pumps with proficiency.
• Perform circulating and scrub roles in various surgical procedures including ENT and vascular surgery.

Qualifications

• Current RN license applicable to the state of assignment.
• Minimum of 2 years operating room experience required.
• BLS certification is mandatory; ACLS preferred.
• Proficiency in robotic surgery and procedure sedation is required.
• Strong skills in managing blood/blood products, drains, and central lines.
• Experience with ENT procedures, endoscope expertise, and scrub experience preferred.
