What You'll Do

• Build relationships with prospective clients and educate them on insurance and financial protection solutions.
• Use our AI powered CRM to manage leads, follow ups, and customer interactions.
• Conduct sales presentations and guide clients through the decision making process.
• Assist clients with Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Medicare, ACA, and retirement planning solutions, including IULs and Annuities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM.
• Participate in daily coaching, sales training, and roleplay sessions to sharpen your skills and accelerate growth.
• Work collaboratively with a high performing team in our Las Vegas office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Insurance license is preferred but not required

Compensation

• 100 percent commission based position with uncapped earning potential
• Many first year representatives earn between $1,500 and $2,500+ per week based on performance
