Job Overview Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared. Requires product knowledge, problem solving and merchandise skills. Responsibilities Move seasonal merchandise throughout the store. Prepare for major holiday peak seasons. Apply product knowledge, problem solving, and merchandise skills. Compensation Hourly Wages : $22 – $35 per hour. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Annual or quarterly performance incentives also applicable.
