Automotive Service AdvisorThe Automotive Service Advisor at Jones Family of Dealerships plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service within our automotive service department here in Lancaster, PA. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their vehicle service needs are clearly understood, accurately documented, and efficiently resolved.
