Are you a compassionate nurse who's passionate about making a meaningful impact? Boston Mountain Rural Health Center (BMRHC) is looking for a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Behavioral Health team in Conway.

What You'll Do

As a Behavioral Health Case Manager Nurse, you'll play a vital role in coordinating care and supporting patients across the continuum. You'll work closely with behavioral health providers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Your impact will include:

• Assisting providers with patient care and clinical procedures
• Providing direct patient services, including assessments and interventions
• Coordinating care plans and connecting patients with essential resources
• Supporting patients and families in achieving and maintaining optimal wellness
• Performing nursing procedures within the Arkansas scope of practice
• Collaborating with a compassionate, team-focused clinical staff

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM Friday: 7:45 AM – 11:45 AM Some travel required

Qualifications

Active RN or LPN license in Arkansas Current CPR certification Previous nursing experience preferred Strong communication skills and attention to detail A heart for patient care and community health
