We are dedicated to helping our clients improve their emotional, cognitive, and daily functioning. We are an established growing geriatric-focused practice seeking compassionate LCSWs to provide psychotherapy and cognitive training in senior living communities throughout the Chicago suburbs. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments based on psychological, emotional, and social well-being. Develop treatment plans by addressing client concerns and setting goals to establish a course of action. Conduct psychotherapy and cognitive training sessions weekly. Provide ongoing communication with our team, clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Maintain progress notes and other pertinent documentation.
