Experience working in Agile environments. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Analyze fraud trends, risks, and controls to recommend process improvements. Develop reports, dashboards, and business metrics to track performance. Collaborate with business users, product owners, architects, and mainframe developers. Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders. Create process flows, use cases, interface specifications, and data-mapping documents. Maintain project documentation and business process artifacts.
