Jefferson Dental & Orthodontics is looking for a General Dentist with a strong interest in treating children and families to join our growing San Antonio team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a General Dentist who enjoys working with pediatric patients and wants to build a practice that serves children, families, and the broader community . • Perform pediatric preventive and restorative procedures
• Conduct exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Provide general dentistry procedures including restorative care, extractions, and preventive treatment
• Educate children and parents on oral health and treatment options
• Create a positive, comfortable dental experience for young patients
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and specialists to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold clinical standards
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Texas dental license or ability to obtain one
• Strong interest or experience in pediatric dentistry is highly preferred
• Comfortable treating children and working with parents and families
• Strong clinical skills and patient-first mindset
• Excellent communication and bedside manner
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
