In Lucid Air and Lucid Gravity, we have designed and built vehicles that have redefined their segments, combining exceptional range, performance, design, and expansive space in a single experience. We achieve this through deep vertical integration, with design, engineering, and production happening in-house across our global offices and manufacturing facilities. Our teams come from industries around the world, united by a shared commitment to excellence. By refusing to settle, you can help redefine what’s possible and shape the future of mobility.You Will: - Work with system engineers to identify, generate and implement test cases and verification criteria for ADAS/AD, L2++ features under test. - Develop CAPL script for fault insertion to test Functional safety requirements for ADAD/AD features. - Help maintain the test benches, including updating the most recent software to make sure the test set up is always ready for testing - Work with test manager to configure test setups and test runs according to the test plan. - Develop test automation, automate test tools, generate and improve automation scripts. - Document and track issues as appropriate and participate in triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution. - Collaborate with System Engineers, plan test activities. - Escalate issues as appropriate with various stakeholders. - Help identify gaps in requirements if any and work with the relevant engineers to update the requirement documents accordingly. - Help with test scalability for new and upcoming products. - Support Hardware in Loop test teams to test features to cover any gap. - Participate in test infrastructure development for upcoming programs to improve test coverage. - Own the test infrastructure and maintain it. And keep improving the test scope and test automation. - Good understanding of basic electronics to root cause any test infrastructure issues - Participate in the design of a world-class engineering effort to bring electric vehicles to a new level of refinement. Basic Requirements: - Automotive testing experience. - Experience with CANoe, CANalyzer, Vehicle Spy - Knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, UDS, and related tools to measure and command signals, though scripting or otherwise. - Working knowledge of electrified powertrains - Experience with test case automation, Functional safety testing, CAPL scripting is a plus. At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
