You will develop and execute high-volume sourcing strategies, and oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment to build a broad pipeline for current and future openings. You will partner with leaders, manage offers, coordinate vendor relationships, and ensure a positive candidate experience while adhering to employment laws and best practices.
