Your Day-to-Day

• Build relationships, uncover client needs, and offer insurance solutions that truly fit
• Develop lead pipelines through outbound calling, marketing campaigns, and local engagement
• Represent the agency at networking events, in the community, and online
• Bring marketing ideas to life — from grassroots campaigns to digital outreach
• Track performance, learn from data, and keep growing

Pay Details

• Year 1 Expected Compensation : $40,600 – $50,000+
• Bonus Potential : $1,000 – $6,000+ (based on results — your ceiling is up to you)
