Continuous Improvement Manager Needed in Oxnard A leading aerospace manufacturing organization seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence, productivity, and business transformation initiatives. Industry: Aerospace Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 DOE Position Summary Seeking a results-driven Continuous Improvement Manager to lead operational excellence initiatives and drive measurable improvements in cost, quality, delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This role will champion continuous improvement programs, lead cross-functional projects, and partner with leadership to improve business performance through Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies. Key Responsibilities Lead and sustain continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operations. Drive cost reduction programs and maintain a pipeline of productivity projects. Partner with Finance to validate savings and measure business impact. Develop and manage KPI dashboards, performance metrics, and reporting processes. Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and process improvement activities. Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and sustain results. Promote a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and operational excellence. Support strategic business objectives through performance monitoring and continuous improvement efforts. Present progress, results, and recommendations to site leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field. Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent continuous improvement training. 7+ years of manufacturing or operations experience. 3+ years in a Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Lean leadership role. Experience leading cross-functional improvement projects with measurable results. Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills. Preferred Experience in aerospace, industrial manufacturing, or highly regulated environments. Business Intelligence (BI) reporting experience. Strong understanding of cost savings validation, standard costing, and productivity metrics.
