We are seeking an experienced Process Validation Engineer with strong hands-on Media Fill / Aseptic Process Simulation (APS) experience to support sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Media Fill validation and/or aseptic process validation
- Strong hands-on experience with Media Fill / Aseptic Process Simulation (APS)
- Experience in aseptic processing and sterile manufacturing environments
- Develop, review, and execute validation protocols and media fill studies
- Support equipment and process qualification activities
- Perform validation risk assessments and analyze/document study results
- Experience with validation lifecycle management
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and applicable regulatory requirements
- Ability to ensure validation documentation is technically sound, compliant, and inspection-ready
- Pharmaceutical, Biopharma, or CDMO experience required
