Job Description Maintenance Tech We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech to join our team in Nashville with the pay range of $24/hr-$27/hr. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, and building facilities. If you are a proactive problem solver and have a strong technical background, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed efficiently and according to safety guidelines
- Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Tech or similar role
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, and basic electrical systems
- Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
