Sr. Director of Finance

Rapidly growing Senior Living company seeks Sr. Director of Finance to join their team. Ideal candidate has heavy experience with aquisition integration. This role is hybrid 4 days a week on site at their Montebello location. Sr. Director of Finance Duties: Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships—building underwriting models, valuation analyses, and integration plans. Oversee FP&A functions: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and long‑range planning that guide enterprise decision‑making Drive post‑acquisition integration and transition management, ensuring new entities are fully supported and financially aligned. Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership on capital allocation, operational performance, and infrastructure scalability. Develop scalable financial controls, reporting processes, and dashboards to support a growing, multi‑entity organization. Sr. Director of Finance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of financial leadership experience, with at least 3 years focused on M&A, transaction advisory, or healthcare acquisitions. Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; deep understanding of cash flow, debt compliance, and covenant reporting. Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to present to executive teams and ownership groups. Preferred Skills Experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or post‑acute care operations. Background in managing multi‑site healthcare portfolios and working with lenders on financing transactions.
