Overview We are seeking a candidate with an excellent leadership background and skills to join our amazing team as a Workplace Services Assistant Site Manager in our Kingwood, TX office . This position will be responsible for maintaining excellent client communication, in addition to managing and performing services provided onsite in a highly professional environment. Services provided include but are not limited to: business support services, mail, shipping and receiving, hospitality and administrative support. Ideal candidates will possess excellent customer relationship management skills and have 1-2+ years experience performing relevant office services. Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401k, Paid Time Off, Pet Insurance and Bonus Incentives Hourly Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 USD per hrly (DOE) Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Location: Kingwood, TX Responsibilities The responsibilities of the Workplace Services Assistant Site Manager is to maintain excellent client communication, in addition to managing and performing services provided onsite in a highly professional environment which includes, but not limited to, business support services, mail, shipping and receiving, hospitality and administrative support. Additional responsibilities include: Assist the Site Manager with daily overseeing operations activities and help direct staff accordingly Develops new procedures to improve the operation of the site(s) and to lower operating costs Manages department vendor relationships and contracts Manages, trains, and coaches employees and develops a work environment that promotes high motivation and customer satisfaction Handle assigned tasks and administrative duties as assigned Qualifications The qualifications of the Workplace Services Assistant Site Manager is that the ideal candidates will possess excellent customer relationship management skills, have 1 - 2+ years experience performing relevant office services duties. Additional qualifications include: High school diploma or GED and US authorization to work for any employer Current and valid Driver's License for use with company vehicle Competency in performing multiple functional tasks; capable of lifting up to 55 pounds Advanced MS Office skills Excellent communication skills (both verbally & written) Excellent attendance and punctuality Organizational & Managerial skills; ability to train employees IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
