Lacamas Creek Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and upbeat Physical Therapist Assistant to join our therapy team. What You Will Do

• Assist the Physical Therapist in carrying out individualized treatment plans• Help residents improve mobility, strength, endurance, and overall function• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their recovery journey• Complete documentation accurately and timely

What We Are Looking For

• Current PTA license in the state of Washington• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills• Ability to work well in a fast paced healthcare setting• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply
