Duties/Responsibilities: Interacts with clients via telephone or email, toprovide support and information on products orservices. Collects and enters requests for new or additionalservices. Assigns and schedules services. Fields client inquires and complaints; when the issueis beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwardsto the assigned specialist or other appropriatestaff. Performs client satisfaction calls. Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolveclients’ problems and concerns. Maintains client accounts and records of clientinteractions with details of inquiries, complaints, orcomments. Attends in-service training as required byregulation. Adheres to all agency administrative and clinicalpolicies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements Skills/Abilities: Excellent communication skills including activelistening. Service-oriented and able to resolve customergrievances. Proficient computer skills with the ability to learnnew software. Must consent to and pass a formal background checkincluding fingerprinting. Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent with at least threeyears relevant experience Associates degree or equivalent with at leastone-year related experience. Customer service experience required.
