Luxury Travel Advisor

#1 Power Travel

#1 Power Travel is a luxury travel agency based in New York. We are seeking a highly organized, service-oriented, and travel-passionate professional to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines luxury travel planning, client service, and operational support while providing the opportunity to develop your own book of business over time.

Working directly with the company president, you will gain hands-on experience designing bespoke travel experiences for discerning travelers while learning the inner workings of a top luxury travel agency.

ResponsibilitiesTravel Planning & Client Support
  • Assist with planning and booking luxury travel arrangements including hotels, flights, transfers, cruises, villas, and curated experiences.
  • Create detailed client itineraries and travel documentation.
  • Coordinate with hotels, destination management companies, cruise lines, and other travel partners worldwide.
  • Monitor reservations and ensure all client requests are confirmed and accurately documented.
  • Provide concierge-level support before, during, and after travel.
Operations & Administrative Support
  • Support the company president with day-to-day agency operations.
  • Manage supplier communications, confirmations, invoicing, and client records.
  • Assist with itinerary building, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
  • Help maintain internal systems and ensure a seamless client experience.
Client Relationship Management
  • Communicate with clients regarding travel preferences, special requests, and trip details.
  • Present travel recommendations tailored to each client's interests and budget.
  • Manage client expectations and provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process.
  • Build your own client portfolio and referral network over time.
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Passion for travel, hospitality, and delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with luxury travel, hospitality, concierge services, or customer service is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with travel industry tools, CRM systems, or itinerary platforms is a plus.
  • Good phone skills
