What we're looking for:

• Valid Colorado SLP license and Colorado Department of Education Certificate
• Experience working with children in educational settings
• Ability to manage caseloads of diverse size and needs (K-12, with exact age groups varying by assignment)
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with teachers, families, and other professionals
• Commitment to in-person, onsite work across various school environments
• Willingness to complete district fingerprinting and background checks promptly
• Open to candidates who are Clinical Fellows, provided supervision can be arranged
• Must be a licensed SLP-SLPA's not eligible for these roles

Your responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
• Deliver direct therapy services to help students reach IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, write reports, and participate in eligibility meetings
• Collaborate closely with educational teams and families to support student progress
• Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and develop plans that foster student success
• Engage in professional development days (compensated) supported by the district
