Urology Physician Locum Tenens Opportunity

Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM; 3-4 half-day clinics; 15-20 patients per day in the office; 4-8 procedures per day in the hospital
• Job Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient; 2 procedure rooms, 1 UDS room, 6 exam rooms
• Types of Cases:
  • Office Procedures: Vasectomy, prostate biopsies, cystoscopy with stent removal, prostate ultrasounds
  • Hospital Procedures: Abdominal sacrocolpopexy, aquablation, circumcision, cryoablation of the prostate/kidney, cystocele, cystoscopy, green light laser prostate, hernia repair, HIFU, hydrocelectomy, Interstim Stage I & II, mid urethral sling, optilume, orchiectomy, PCNL, penile plication, penile prosthesis, percutaneous nerve evaluation, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, prostate biopsy, radical/partial nephrectomy, rectocele repair, space oar/fiducial, spermatocelectomy, suprapubic catheter insertion, TURP, ureteroscopy with laser lithotripsy, urethral bulking, UroLift, vasectomy, laser lithotripsy
  • Required Skills: General Urology, Neonatal, Advanced endoscopic techniques, Laparoscopic surgeries, Percutaneous nephrolithotomy, Ureteroscopy, Renal and bladder ultrasound (with biopsy), TRUS biopsies, Incontinence procedures
• Credentialing: Estimated 90 days; temporary privileges not available

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Licensure: Licensed in Ohio, will consider IMLC
