Duties:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish.
- Greet customers, clients, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other general office duties.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Translate basic conversations and documents as needed.
- Respond to emails and assist with customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and update office databases.
- Provide administrative support to office staff and management.


Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Previous administrative, receptionist, or office experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment.
- Professional appearance and customer service skills.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
