Temporary Purchasing Representative
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Location: Acworth, GA 30101
Experience: 2+ years in Purchasing with experience in QuickBooks and Excel.

Purchasing Representative Responsibilities:- Handling customer inquiries and orders regarding products and services.
- Monitoring and maintaining prompt ordering of materials.
- Assist with customer RMAs to vendors.
- Data and order entry.
- Resolve customer complaints via email or over the phone.
- Light follow up on customer payment status.
- Creating documents.
- Using QuickBooks desktop version, MS excel, and MS word on a daily basis.
- Working with a supervisor to order and monitor buying trends.
Purchasing Representative Skills:
- Excellent/professional verbal and written communication.
- Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Must proactively manage tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Must have excellent time management skills.
Purchasing Representative Requirements:
- Must be proficient in QuickBooks desktop version, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Must pass PrideStaff assessments.
- High school diploma and minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, in a related field.
- Able to provide 2 professional references.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
