This facility is seeking a Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 10:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; no call. Coverage is 2-3 days per week for one provider, with another provider covering the remaining days.

Practice Setting: Outpatient Occupational Medicine; non-hospital setting

Types of Cases: 20-25 patients per day; pre-placement physical examinations, return-to-work clearances, worker injury assessments, medical surveillance, exposure treatments and follow-ups, health screenings, substance testing, fitness-for-duty examinations, and workers' compensation cases

Credentialing Timeframe: Faster onboarding because this is not a hospital

Certifications Required: Department of Transportation certification; senior-level experience required

Licensure Required: New Jersey medical license, Controlled Dangerous Substances license, and Drug Enforcement Administration registration
