CPA Vice President Corporate Controller

Reporting to the CFO, the full-time remote CPA Vice President Corporate Controller will oversee financial accounting, reporting, and compliance functions while managing the quote-to-cash process, accounts receivable, and ensuring adherence to US GAAP across consolidated operations. Key Responsibilities Own and optimize the end-to-end quote-to-cash process, ensuring accurate order management and timely revenue recognition Oversee accounts receivable and collections, driving DSO improvement and managing customer escalations Ensure timely and accurate financial close processes, including preparation and review of consolidated financial statements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA strongly preferred Ten or more years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including prior Controller or senior accounting leadership experience Experience in a private equity-backed technology or SaaS business strongly preferred Deep knowledge of US GAAP; working knowledge of IFRS and international statutory reporting a plus Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a complex, fast-paced environment
