Locations: Multiple openings across Long Island and NYC Pay: $17 - $20/hour (based on experience) Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Schedule: Must be available to work MondaySunday

We're looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated Retail Sales Associates to join our multi-location team on Long Island and in New York City.
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and care
- Provide accurate information about our shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services
- Prepare shipments, pack items securely, and complete accurate shipping documentation
- Operate store systems and printing equipment to deliver high-quality results
- Handle mail and packages efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Keep the store clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training to grow within our multi-location organization

What We're Looking For
- 12 years of previous retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, POS systems)
- Attention to detail with strong spelling and math skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Availability to work weekends as needed
- Friendly, professional, and reliable demeanor
Hourly Pay: $17.00$20.00 (based on experience) Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
