What you will do: Provide leadership for the sales process through the development and implementation of coordinated local sales plans, consumer programs, training, and business development activities. Utilize Sales Excellence tools to drive individual and team performance to meet sales goals. Use employee development tools, mentor, and coach the Account Manager group to ensure continued individual growth. Establish, monitor, and execute implementation plans for key objectives through Account Manager coaching, including mix, growth, new dealer development, and retail development plans. Develop district business plans in collaboration with leadership and management teams. Build and maintain key industry relationships within local markets, such as strategic builder alignment and vendor representatives. What you will bring: 1+ year(s) of demonstrated experience in Business Development or an Associate’s Degree (AA). Experience in developing and executing distribution and marketing plans and programs. 5+ years of sales and leadership experience. Valid driver’s license in state, free of major or frequent traffic violations. Strong leadership, mentorship, and customer‑orientation skills.
