Club ConciergeAs a Club Concierge, you will establish a warm, welcome and professional atmosphere for all Members and their guests. You will be the first impression to all - the point of contact for all visitors ensuring they feel comfortable throughout their visit as well as answer incoming phone calls and direct appropriately.Essential Job FunctionsGreet, welcome & acknowledge all guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly initial impression; address all Members by name.Provide a professional, efficient arrival and departure experience for all guests while creating memorable visits.Anticipate and address Member and guest needs.Assist Members in all service matters including concierge requests.Escort guests to their meeting destinations.Manage reservations for requested activities, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure a seamless experience.Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support teams to reach common goals.Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring that it reflects a welcoming and professional atmosphere.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsExperience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a guest service role.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage with guests in a polite, professional and friendly manner.Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to providing memorable guest experiences.Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.Computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.Some college is preferred.Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, bend and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls.The employee is frequently required to talk or listen.The employee frequently is required to use hands to grab, move, lift, or feel objects, and use telephone, computer, and copier machine.
