Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 yearly Responsibilities: Represent clients in court hearings and in front of government agencies in Cinnaminson, NJ. Prepare, revise, and finalize legal documents meticulously, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Provide legal and business transaction advice to clients, ensuring clarity and actionable solutions. Engage in negotiations to efficiently resolve disputes and reach settlements. Ensure adherence to all legal standards and regulations in Cinnaminson, NJ. Manage administrative tasks related to case management and client interactions effectively. Qualifications: Licensed attorney in New Jersey (Pennsylvania license is strongly preferred as well) . 10+ years of legal experience with a strong foundation in litigation. Expertise in Real Estate Law and Homeowner Association Law is a plus. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A team player with the ability to build meaningful client relationships. Proficient in Microsoft Office (experience with Amicus Attorney is a bonus).
