Key Responsibilities Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist. Accurately document daily treatments, progress notes, and patient outcomes. Assist in training and supporting Restorative Aides to promote continuity of care. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on maintenance programs and safe discharge planning. Maintain professional, compassionate communication with residents, families, and staff. Qualifications Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing.
