Key Responsibilities Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist. Accurately document daily treatments, progress notes, and patient outcomes. Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members regarding resident care plans. Participate in patient care conferences and ongoing treatment planning. Assist in training and supporting Restorative Aides to promote continuity of care. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on maintenance programs and safe discharge planning. Maintain professional, compassionate communication with residents, families, and staff. Qualifications Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing. Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills. Passion for rehabilitation and patient‑centered care. Dependable, flexible, and team‑oriented mindset.
