Seasonal Landscaper Position
$18 - $19 per hourRoebuck Staffing Company, LLC
We are currently hiring Seasonal Landscapers in Wilmington, NC to join our team for the upcoming season!
Job Responsibilities:- Perform general landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Assist with planting, mulching, and basic lawn care
- Remove debris and maintain clean, safe job sites
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment (weed eaters, blowers, etc.)
- Follow directions from crew leaders and work efficiently as part of a team
- Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, humidity, etc.)
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- SHOW UP ON TIME EVERY DAY ; LATE EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE TOLERATED
- Full-time seasonal work (hours may vary depending on weather)
- Monday-Friday (8am-4:30pm)
- $18/hour
- Weekly pay ( FRIDAYS )
- Direct deposit or pay cards available
- Opportunity for overtime ( time and a half earned )
- Hands-on training provided
