Your MissionKeep our products, processes, and systems aligned with the highest bar for industry standards and regulatory compliance—while helping others raise their game.
How You’ll Do It- Conduct in-depth inspections to confirm conformance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Translate findings into actionable, detailed reports for management and stakeholders.
- Work side by side with engineering, production, and QA to drive improvements and corrective actions.
- Coach junior inspectors on techniques, procedures, and best practices.
- Continuously scan for regulatory updates and industry shifts to maintain compliance.
- Take part in audits and formal assessments.
- Refine and evolve inspection protocols, documentation, and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; extra technical credentials or degrees are a plus.
- 5+ years of inspection or quality assurance experience.
- Working knowledge of the standards and regulations that govern inspections.
- Sharp analytical mindset and unwavering attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-starter who also thrives in a team setting.
- Comfort with inspection software and modern measurement tools.
