Senior Systems Engineer As a Senior Systems Engineer, you’ll take the lead in shaping complex systems from initial concept through integration and fielded capability. You will define system architecture, translate mission needs into actionable requirements, and guide multidisciplinary teams across communications, signals intelligence, electronic warfare and other specialized applications. This is work that requires broad technical depth, strong systems thinking, and the confidence to make sound decisions when the challenges are complex and the stakes are high.
