Compensation

• Weekend premium pay of $2.50 per hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts.
• Base pay can reach up to $18.50 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

As a Service Center Automotive Technician, you will carry out a diverse array of tasks within our Automotive Service Center.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Delivering exceptional customer service.
• Repairing and installing tires.
• Balancing wheels.
• Installing batteries, headlamps, and other basic automotive components.
• Performing oil changes.
• Conducting brake system repairs.
• Completing additional tasks as assigned, with ongoing on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Availability to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
• Effective communication with customers and colleagues is necessary.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous auto repair experience is preferred.
• Prior retail experience is also preferred.
• *For Michigan Stores Only* ASE A4 and A6 Certifications are required for Tech Level II, and ASE A3, A4, A5, and A6 Certifications are required for Tech Level III, or equivalent Michigan certifications.
