Job Duties & Responsibilities Develop new functionality on our existing software products Lead/mentor developers and share knowledge through knowledge-sharing presentations Participate in a small, experienced, energetic team on a rapid, agile development schedule Maintain and support multiple projects and deadlines All other responsibilities as assigned Preferred Qualifications Minimum 10 years of software design experience Advanced knowledge of designing complex high-performance web applications High level technical expertise in architecture of .Net and Java applications Strong understanding of RDBMS Experience in the design of enterprise-level N-tier products Experience in the design of cloud-based products Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years’ experience (Required) The qualifications identified as “Required” above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
