Developer Support Engineer

To support a growing Developer Support team, the full-time remote Developer Support Engineer will manage the full lifecycle of issues, build internal tooling for team efficiency, and enhance application performance while leveraging AI technologies. Key responsibilities Own the full lifecycle of issues, including triage, diagnosis, and prevention of high-impact problems Develop internal tools to empower the Technical Success team and automate manual processes Provide feedback to product squads on recurring issues and user reports to improve product reliability Required qualifications 3+ years of experience building production web applications with Ruby on Rails and React with TypeScript Proven experience in managing production issues end-to-end in a developer support or reliability role Strong familiarity with AI technologies and their application in software development Demonstrated high agency and ownership in problem-solving and project management Experience in a startup or scale-up B2B SaaS environment
