About the Role

The Company is seeking a Corporate Vice President for Claims Service Enablement. This role is pivotal in leading a centralized team that supports claims and benefits operations, ensuring operational readiness, platform coordination, governance, reporting, and process improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with various teams to deliver claims services efficiently, consistently, and in compliance with business and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include leading the service enablement team, supporting operational control processes, and overseeing the delivery of claims-related reporting. The role also involves supporting governance processes for key claims initiatives and driving continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational effectiveness and service quality. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years' of experience in operations, service enablement, claims operations, insurance, financial services, or a related field. Essential skills include experience in leading cross-functional initiatives, knowledge of operational governance, risk management, and the ability to use data and metrics for decision-making. Strong communication, relationship management, and collaboration skills are a must, as is experience in leading teams and developing talent. Preferred qualifications include experience in life insurance claims operations, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and experience with workflow and case management platforms. The role requires a candidate who can drive operational improvements, manage reporting and control processes, and support the modernization efforts of the claims teams.
