Full‑Time Emergency Veterinarian – Olympia, WA BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking an experienced Emergency Veterinarian to be a key member of our brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art facility in Olympia, WA. The hospital features three operating rooms, a dedicated ICU, cat ward, and isolation area. Position Overview We are looking for an Emergency Veterinarian who is highly skilled in emergency and critical care and enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative and innovative veterinary team. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional emergency and critical care services to patients. Collaborate with specialists in oncology, neurology, and surgery. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools such as MRI and CT to deliver precise and effective care. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. Qualifications DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school. Experience in emergency medicine. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Compensation and Sign‑On Bonus Average base + production compensation range: $160,000‑$250,000. Sign‑on bonus up to $50,000. Relocation assistance available. No non‑compete clause.
